DONE DEAL : Celebration at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea announce new signing with three years deal
Former Tottenham Hotspurs manager, Mauricio Pochettino has become Chelsea new head coach after signing a three-year contract at the club.
This development comes after the official announcement on his appointment after Pochettino verbally agreed to accepting the job earlier this month as he is expected to start his managerial journey at Stamford Bridge next week.
Pochettino’s deal with the Blues became realistic after Chelsea fired Graham Potter last month, leaving the club with no option than a search for a new manager.

Interestingly, Chelsea is not only getting another manager, but changed ownership earlier -which is the Todd Boehly-Clearlake capital ownership.
Since they bought the club last year, the former PSG manager will be the third permanent manager to work with the new management.
Pochettino, was chosen after Chelsea held talks with the former Barcelona and Spain manager Luis Enrique and Julian Nagelsmann, who was sacked by Bayern Munich in March.
On the performance of the club so far, it has been a difficult season, leaving fans and football enthusiasts of the club with expectations of a positive change.
