Son Wins Prestigious Award Again
The Spurs captain has been named the AFC Asian International Player of the Year for 2024, awarded to the best player of Asian descent or those playing in Asia. This marks the fourth consecutive year Son has received this honor, having previously won it in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Asia’s All-Time Best
There is little doubt that Son is the greatest player to emerge from Asia. While other stars like Ji Sung-Park, Keisuke Honda, and Hidetoshi Nakata may have collected more trophies, Son’s extraordinary statistics make a compelling case for his superiority. However, the Tottenham star is eager to cement his legacy by guiding the Lilywhites to silverware.
