“Why Jadon Sancho is Missing Chelsea’s Clash with Man United After Enzo Maresca’s Revelation”

“Revealed: The Real Reason Jadon Sancho Won’t Play in Chelsea’s Showdown with Man United”
Chelsea and Manchester United are set to face off in the Premier League this Sunday afternoon.
However, Jadon Sancho won’t be available for Chelsea in this clash at Old Trafford due to ineligibility. A win for Chelsea could propel them into the Premier League’s top three and close the gap with Liverpool to just five points, following Arsenal’s loss to Newcastle United on Saturday.
Enzo Maresca, who took over from Mauricio Pochettino this summer, has had a promising start at Stamford Bridge, guiding Chelsea to five wins in their first nine league matches.
But the Italian manager will be without Sancho in his attacking lineup on Sunday, as the 23-year-old is technically still on loan from Manchester United. Chelsea signed Sancho on a season-long loan with a purchase obligation for next summer, following his £71 million transfer to United from Borussia Dortmund three years ago.
Since joining Chelsea, Sancho has delivered strong performances, notching three assists in just five league games under Maresca.
In his pre-match press conference on Friday, Maresca disclosed that even if Sancho were eligible, he would likely miss the game due to an illness. “The players are all available, except for Jadon, who has been ill in the last few days. But he wouldn’t be able to play regardless,” said the Italian.
