Following his early departure from Liverpool at the end of last season, Klopp has taken on a new role as Red Bull’s Global Head of Soccer. The organization owns clubs worldwide, including in the U.S., Germany, and Austria, and holds stakes in several others.
According to BILD, Klopp is currently on a global tour, meeting key figures within Red Bull’s football network. He has already visited Brazil and is currently in the U.S., with plans to continue through Asia and beyond. However, there’s one club he has deliberately chosen to avoid—Leeds United.
Despite Red Bull being a major sponsor and minority shareholder of the Championship side, Klopp has reportedly opted not to engage with them out of respect for his deep connection with Liverpool.
