Exclusive: Saudi clubs target €160m double swoop for Liverpool stars as Reds’ position becomes clear

Liverpool Face Strong Saudi Interest in Two Star Players Ahead of Summer Window
Liverpool are attracting significant interest from Saudi Pro League giants Al Hilal, who are targeting both Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz ahead of the upcoming transfer window, sources have told CaughtOffside.
Nunez appears likely to depart, with Liverpool open to selling the Uruguayan striker as they look to invest in a new forward. He is currently valued at around €80 million.
While Arne Slot would prefer to keep Diaz, the club may consider parting with the Colombian winger if a similar offer—around €80m—is tabled.
Nunez Exit Looking Increasingly Likely
After a spell of inconsistent performances and reduced minutes under Slot compared to Jurgen Klopp, Nunez seems poised for an exit. In addition to Al Hilal, clubs such as Newcastle United and Atletico Madrid are monitoring his situation. However, Liverpool may need to lower their asking price for serious talks to begin with those European sides.
Diaz Situation Less Clear-Cut
Diaz remains a more complex case. The Colombian is widely regarded for his impact at the top level, and while Barcelona and PSG have shown previous interest, it’s Al Hilal who now appear willing to make a substantial offer.
If Liverpool choose to cash in, they are expected to pursue a high-caliber replacement. Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo has emerged as a candidate, admired for his versatility across the front line.
