Tottenham Hotspur are weighing up the option of bringing Tyrese Hall back early from his loan spell at Notts County, with the youngster potentially set to be given an opportunity in the first team.

Tottenham Hotspur are looking to strengthen their midfield for the second half of the season, and Tyrese Hall has reportedly impressed manager Thomas Frank.

The 20-year-old has scored five goals and provided two assists in 17 appearances for Notts County since joining them on a season-long loan last summer.

His strong performances have attracted the attention of his parent club, with Tottenham now discussing the possibility of ending his loan early to assess him in first-team training. If he convinces the coaching staff, he could be given a role in the senior squad for the remainder of the campaign.

With James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski currently sidelined through injury, Hall could be handed an opportunity to push for a place in the team.

Tottenham handed the academy graduate a five-year contract in 2024 and are prepared to integrate him into the first team if he is deemed ready for Premier League football. However, he may be allowed to complete his loan at Notts County if the club feel he would benefit from more regular game time.

Several clubs in the Championship and League Two, including Southampton, Millwall and Hull City, are also monitoring his situation.

Hall is expected to continue playing regularly in the second half of the season, and his long-term prospects remain promising.
