Slot finds encouragement for Liverpool ahead of Burnley in midst of concern

With Mohamed Salah still away at AFCON and the long-term absences accounted for, this represents the closest Liverpool have come to a near-full squad all season.
That improved availability is important, particularly after the FA Cup win over Barnsley, where late contributions from substitutes Hugo Ekitike and Florian Wirtz turned a difficult evening in Liverpool’s favour.
