Spurs reportedly believe Tchouaméni would fit seamlessly into their long-term project, although Madrid are said to have no immediate intention of selling.

While Wharton offers elegance and creativity, Tchouaméni provides greater physicality and strength in duels, making him a more dominant presence in deeper midfield areas.
Statistically, Tchouaméni boasts superior passing accuracy and higher success rates in both aerial and ground duels, while Wharton records slightly higher figures for chances created and ball recoveries. The data highlights the contrast between Wharton’s progressive influence and Tchouaméni’s control and defensive authority.
