Omar Marmoush is reportedly considering a move away from Manchester City in the January transfer window, just a year after joining the Premier League. The 26-year-old is said to want to remain in England if he does leave, amid reported interest from Tottenham.

Marmoush’s future at the Etihad has been uncertain since the arrival of Antoine Semenyo, whom Pep Guardiola signed for £64 million to bolster the attack for the season’s second half. Despite this, Marmoush has impressed, scoring three goals in his first four appearances across all competitions, including a goal in City’s 2-0 win over Wolves after returning to the starting XI.

The forward has also been linked with a move to Fenerbahce. Turkish outlet Sabah reports that the Super Lig side is in discussions with City and is ready to offer €30 million (£26 million) to secure Marmoush’s transfer. Tottenham have been mentioned as another potential destination, but it remains unclear if an agreement can be reached.
