Tottenham are considering a summer move for Sunderland goalkeeper Robin Roefs as they plan for a possible departure between the posts.
Spurs are increasingly concerned about holding on to first-choice keeper Guglielmo Vicario, who has emerged as a target for Inter Milan. As a result, Roefs has been identified as one of the leading candidates to step in if Vicario leaves.
The 23-year-old Dutchman, signed from NEC Nijmegen for just £11 million last summer, has impressed this season. He has registered seven Premier League clean sheets, with only Burnley’s Martin Dubravka making more saves. Roefs remains tied to Sunderland until 2030.
Premier League clubs track Chelsea outcast
Axel Disasi is one to monitor as the transfer window nears its conclusion.
The French defender has recently been reintegrated into Chelsea’s senior training group after time spent in the club’s so-called ‘bomb squad’, but he has not featured for the Blues since May 2024.

Sterling future looks bleak
Raheem Sterling appears set to remain frozen out at Chelsea for the foreseeable future.
The England winger, who earns around £300,000 per week, continues to train away from the first team, with hopes of a move this window rapidly diminishing.
West Ham explored a loan deal earlier in the window, but Sterling is only open to a permanent switch. Fulham’s interest has cooled as they move closer to signing Manchester City’s Oscar Bobb. Bayern Munich also made a late enquiry in the summer, though Sterling has always favoured staying in London.
Unless a dramatic late twist emerges, Sterling looks likely to spend the rest of the season on the sidelines.
Marinakis lines up contingency plan
Nottingham Forest remain interested in Fulham manager Marco Silva as a potential future option.
Silva is out of contract at the end of the season and has yet to agree to an extension. He previously worked with Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis at Olympiacos, where he won the Greek title.
Current Forest boss Sean Dyche is under contract until 2027 after becoming the club’s third manager of the season in October. However, there have been murmurs of dissatisfaction from Marinakis following a run of just one win in eight matches, despite the recent victory over Brentford.
