Tottenham winger Dejan Kulusevski has shared an encouraging message with supporters as he continues his lengthy spell on the sidelines.

The Sweden international has been absent since May 2025 following knee surgery, missing 38 matches in the process — including Spurs’ Europa League triumph — with no definitive return date yet in sight.

Despite the setback, Kulusevski remains upbeat. He recently posted a heartfelt Instagram photo from the gym with his daughter, who was wearing a Tottenham shirt, alongside the caption: “No matter what ☀️.” Any hopes of him returning before the end of 2025, however, did not materialise.

Head coach Thomas Frank has previously described the issue as a complicated one, stressing that managing pain is the immediate focus before Kulusevski can step back onto the training pitch.

Frank also confirmed there is no new update at present, with Tottenham continuing to manage multiple injury concerns. There was some positive news, though, with Dominic Solanke back available and Micky van de Ven edging closer to a comeback.
