Spurs Target Brahim Diaz
TEAMtalk reports that Tottenham are among several clubs to have made enquiries for Real Madrid forward Brahim Diaz. Aston Villa, Newcastle United and a number of overseas teams are also tracking the situation, setting up strong competition for his signature.
The 24-year-old has struggled for consistent minutes at the Bernabéu, leading his representatives to assess possible moves. Real Madrid are said to be holding out for a fee in the region of £52 million.
What Diaz Could Bring
A former Manchester City player, Diaz joined Real Madrid in 2019 and has featured over 140 times, collecting a Champions League medal and two La Liga titles. His loan spell at AC Milan from 2020 to 2023 saw him flourish as a key attacking presence, earning praise for his flair and technical quality.
Despite limited opportunities this season, his versatility remains a major plus. Diaz can play across the front line or in advanced midfield roles, offering Spurs much-needed flexibility in attack.
With Kudus unavailable, he could operate on either flank while also providing central cover. His previous Premier League experience, combined with his development abroad, strengthens the argument for a return to England.
While Gallagher would undoubtedly bolster midfield, a dynamic forward like Diaz may be the spark Tottenham need to reignite their season and mount a stronger push in the closing months.
