Tottenham Hotspur have officially entered a new chapter under Igor Tudor, with the interim head coach implementing significant changes on his first full day at the club.
On Friday, Spurs confirmed that Tudor would take charge until the end of the season following the dismissal of Thomas Frank. The Croatian arrived in north London over the weekend and began work on Monday as the squad returned to training.
His arrival has already led to adjustments within the coaching setup. Assistant coaches Justin Cochrane and Chris Haslam have both left the club, along with John Heitinga.
Heitinga, who signed a two-and-a-half-year contract only last month, departs after just 32 days. It is understood the Dutchman chose not to continue as part of Tudor’s newly structured coaching team.
