Igor Tudor finalises his Tottenham backroom staff: Three new appointments confirmed, four depart as Heitinga exits Spurs.

Tottenham dismissed Frank just eight months after appointing him in the summer, with the Dane departing while the club sat only five points above the relegation zone.

The North London side have now confirmed Igor Tudor as interim head coach until the summer. The former Juventus manager is expected to provide a lift to a struggling squad. Known for stepping in mid-season to revive underperforming teams, the 47-year-old will also introduce his own backroom staff.

According to reports, Tudor will be joined—subject to work permit approval—by Ivan Javorcic as assistant coach, Riccardo Ragnacci as physical coach, and Tomislav Rogic as goalkeeping coach for the remainder of the campaign.

Meanwhile, members of Frank’s coaching team will depart Hotspur Way. Justin Cochrane, John Heitinga, and Chris Haslam are all set to leave, along with analyst Joe Newton.

Tudor’s appointment has already drawn criticism. Former Tottenham striker Teddy Sheringham expressed surprise at the decision to install him on a temporary basis, questioning his lack of Premier League experience and suggesting he could face a difficult challenge in N17.

Ex-Spurs manager Tim Sherwood also weighed in, describing the situation as a no-win scenario and arguing that Tudor may struggle to do enough in the short term to secure the role permanently.
