Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez incredible reaction to Mykhailo Mudryk Chelsea goal spotted

Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo shared an incredible reaction to Mykhailo Mudryk’s first goal for Chelsea. The Ukrainian forward put the Blues 1-0 up against Fulham at Craven Cottage before Armando Broja doubled their lead moments later.

Mudryk’s goal was his first for the club since completing an £88million move to Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window earlier this year. The Ukraine international has struggled to adapt to his new surroundings leading to plenty of criticism aimed his way in his first 10 months.

However, Chelsea fans and players alike were overjoyed to see him net his first goal for the club to hand the Blues a 1-0 lead against their West London rivals. As Mudryk peeled away to celebrate with the likes of Levi Colwill, Conor Gallagher and Broja – cameras shown Enzo and Caicedo embracing each other with beaming smiles at the halfway line.

The two midfielders cost Chelsea a combined fee of £220million and are a key part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans moving forward. The Blues have dominated proceedings at Craven Cottage so far after Pochettino was forced into a few changes ahead of kick-off.

Nicolas Jackson missed the game through suspension after accumulating five yellow cards in his first six league appearances. Meanwhile, Raheem Sterling was named amongst the substitutes after failing to train ahead of the fixture.

Pochettino revealed the England international had been suffering with a virus last week following the Blues’ Carabao Cup third round victory against Brighton. Mudryk, Broja and Cole Palmer have all impressed so far against Fulham with Chelsea finally showing signs of promise after a goalless September.
