He\u2019ll train with the team again today after being out for three weeks. I know I said his pre-season was over, but after three weeks of rehab, you\u2019re never quite at the same level as before. Our medical staff have done an excellent job, but rehab can\u2019t replicate match conditions. He\u2019ll need some time.\u201d<\/p>\n
Isak, who has missed the last four games with a muscle injury sustained in late October, has seen Hugo Ekitike step up impressively in his absence. Slot made it clear that Isak will need to regain rhythm and sharpness before competing for the starting role again.<\/p>\n
