Liverpool have officially announced that their Legends team will face Borussia Dortmund Legends at Anfield in March 2026, with all proceeds once again going to support the LFC Foundation, according to Liverpoolfc.com.<\/p>\n
The occasion will mark nearly ten years since the unforgettable 4\u20133 comeback victory over Dortmund in the 2016 Europa League, one of the defining moments of Liverpool\u2019s modern era.<\/p>\n

\nFunds raised from the event will benefit both the LFC Foundation and the BVB Foundation, supporting health, education, and employability initiatives within their respective communities.<\/p>\n
Matt Parish, chief executive of the LFC Foundation, said:<\/p>\n
Our annual legends match is always a special event, and we\u2019re thrilled to welcome BVB back to Anfield. These games not only honour the history and heroes of both clubs but also make a lasting difference by helping us continue our life-changing community work.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tickets are available now for season ticket holders and All Red Members, with general sale starting Friday, November 7.<\/p>\n
