Speaking on Football Insider\u2019s podcast, Wyness revealed he\u2019d heard whispers that Wirtz could be heading to the Bernab\u00e9u\u2014despite only spending a few months at Liverpool.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think Rodrygo ends up at Spurs, but the whisper I heard was a possible swap deal involving Wirtz from Liverpool,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
He added that based on Wirtz\u2019s underwhelming start, the move wouldn\u2019t be completely far-fetched, suggesting the 22-year-old might actually be better suited to Real Madrid and La Liga\u2019s style of play.
