As reported by Football Insider, Liverpool are ready to cancel Elliott\u2019s loan at Aston Villa mid-season and are planning to sell him permanently. Villa had a \u00a335m obligation to buy him if certain conditions were met, but his limited involvement means those terms won\u2019t be triggered. Keeping him at the club for the rest of the campaign appears pointless.<\/p>\n
Liverpool are therefore willing to bring him back and move him on for a much lower fee in January. His next destination remains unclear, but a switch abroad could suit him.
