The sides last met in August\u2019s UEFA Super Cup, when Spurs surrendered a 2-0 lead late on before losing on penalties. Frank has rotated heavily this time, seemingly with an eye on Saturday\u2019s Premier League match against Fulham.<\/p>\n
Pedro Porro replaces Destiny Udogie, while Pape Matar Sarr, Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Randal Kolo Muani come in for Joao Palhinha, Kevin Danso, Wilson Odobert and Mohammed Kudus. Xavi Simons does not start against his former club.<\/p>\n
