Jamie Carragher has suggested that Arne Slot made a mistake so serious it could justify losing his job following Liverpool\u2019s heavy 4-1 defeat to PSV Eindhoven.<\/p>\n

The performance drew sharp criticism from pundits, with former midfielder Dietmar Hamann blasting Mohamed Salah for what he called a \u201cdisgraceful\u201d moment. Carragher, speaking on CBS Sports, was just as scathing\u2014especially regarding the continued selection of Ibrahima Konat\u00e9.<\/p>\n
In a clip shared by the broadcaster, Carragher is seen venting his frustration, saying Slot\u2019s insistence on playing Konat\u00e9 is \u201ca sackable offence,\u201d insisting the manager \u201cshould be sacked\u201d for repeatedly choosing him.<\/p>\n
