Roman Reigns delivered a blunt message to a major WWE Superstar at last night\u2019s Survivor Series, warning that he has no intention of ever teaming with him again after the show\u2019s explosive main event.<\/p>\n
The 39th edition of WWE\u2019s November PLE took place at Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres, and opened with the women\u2019s WarGames bout. AJ Lee led Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, and Iyo Sky to victory over Becky Lynch, Lash Legend, Nia Jax, and The Kabuki Warriors.<\/p>\n
Although San Diego is \u2018Dirty\u2019 Dominik Mysterio\u2019s hometown, it was John Cena who received a huge ovation as he defended the Intercontinental Championship he recently captured from Mysterio\u2014ending his long quest to win the title during his legendary WWE run.<\/p>\n
The crowd strongly backed Cena, chanting \u201cThank You, Cena\u201d early on, but his title reign proved short-lived. Mysterio reclaimed the championship just 19 days after losing it, thanks to interference from Liv Morgan.<\/p>\n
This event marked Cena\u2019s final appearance at a WWE premium live event. He exited to a standing ovation, with under two weeks left before his retirement match on the December 13 edition of Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event.<\/p>\n
In the night\u2019s third match, Stephanie Vaquer retained the Women\u2019s World Championship by defeating Nikki Bella, avenging Nikki\u2019s betrayal from the November 10 episode of Raw.<\/p>\n
Survivor Series Main Event<\/p>\n
The blockbuster main event featured The Vision\u2014Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar\u2014taking on CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and The Usos.<\/p>\n
Punk started against Bron Breakker, but McIntyre soon entered to give his team the edge, opening up Punk in the process. Rhodes joined next to level the numbers. Logan Paul, Jimmy Uso, Bronson Reed, and Jey Uso followed in sequence. Lesnar then entered with longtime associate Paul Heyman, before Reigns closed out the field.<\/p>\n
Just moments after Punk hit Logan Paul with a GTS, a masked attacker stormed the cage, superkicked Punk, delivered a Curb Stomp, and fled. Breakker took advantage, spearing Punk for the winning pinfall.<\/p>\n
Reigns\u2019 Warning to Cody Rhodes<\/p>\n
Afterward, Reigns helped Punk to his feet and shared a fist bump with him. However, he had no such gesture for longtime rival Cody Rhodes. In a tense staredown reminiscent of their WrestleMania battles, Reigns told Rhodes that this would be the last time they ever join forces.<\/p>\n
