Their lead didn\u2019t last long, though, as Florian Wirtz\u2019s effort\u2014also deflected\u2014forced an equaliser that was later recorded as a Nordi Mukiele own goal.<\/p>\n
Despite salvaging a point, Liverpool fans\u2019 disappointment with certain players continues to grow. Ibrahima Konat\u00e9 faced heavy criticism again, especially after recent reports claiming Real Madrid have cooled their interest in signing him on a free transfer next summer.<\/p>\n
One supporter wrote: \u201cI don\u2019t know what planet Konat\u00e9 is on this season. He\u2019s all over the place again.\u201d
\nAnother added: \u201cI can\u2019t believe what I\u2019m watching from Konat\u00e9.\u201d<\/p>\n
The defender responded to earlier criticism last week, saying on X: \u201cWe have to take this moment on the chest. Criticism is part of football. We\u2019ll fight back and come through the storm.\u201d<\/p>\n
Joe Gomez was also targeted by supporters after a poor showing.<\/p>\n
One fan wrote: \u201cJoe Gomez is the worst player I\u2019ve ever seen play for Liverpool. I\u2019m embarrassed watching him. Konat\u00e9 is not far behind.\u201d
