Liverpool Echo journalist Paul Gorst claims the Reds are making strong progress in their pursuit of the left-footed centre-back, who impressed talent spotters with a series of commanding displays for Senegal at the recent Under-17 World Cup in Qatar.<\/p>\n
The proposed move is believed to be nearing completion, although Ndiaye is not expected to step straight into Arne Slot\u2019s senior squad. Instead, the teenage defender would initially continue his development with Rob Page\u2019s U21 side. Should the deal be finalised, it could pave the way for a loan exit for fellow young defender Amara Nallo.<\/p>\n
