Speaking to talkSPORT, the pundit suggested Sterling would still represent an upgrade on Spurs\u2019 current attacking options.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Hara feels the England international could be persuaded to sign a deal running until the end of the season and is confident the winger could make a meaningful contribution during that period.<\/p>\n<p>Tottenham backed to move for Raheem Sterling<\/p>\n<p>Discussing Sterling\u2019s next move after leaving Chelsea, O\u2019Hara said he would have no hesitation in bringing him to north London, describing Sterling as a quality player who remains superior to Tottenham\u2019s existing forwards.<\/p>\n<p>He added that he would offer Sterling a short-term contract if the player were open to it, while acknowledging that more lucrative long-term offers\u2014potentially from Saudi Arabia\u2014could also be on the table.<\/p>\n<p>However, O\u2019Hara believes that if Sterling still has the desire to compete in the Premier League, Tottenham should be willing to give him that opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>Could Sterling join another \u2018big six\u2019 club?<\/p>\n<p>Sterling has already represented four of the Premier League\u2019s traditional \u2018big six\u2019 sides.
