The wide receiver is accused of assaulting her during a dispute over pay, charges that Diggs has vehemently denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mila Adams Describes Relationship With Stefon Diggs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As NBC Boston reported, Adams described how she first met Diggs during his third season with the Bills, leading to a physical relationship.<br \/><br \/>\u201cAdams said she first came to know Diggs in December 2022 over an Instagram message. She said they had a \u2018complicated\u2019 relationship that at one point became sexual,\u201d the report noted. \u201cIn February of 2025, they began speaking about her working for him as a personal chef. She later moved into his Dedham house to do so, and was paid $2,000 a week. Kettlewell said the chef was upset she was not included on the trip,\u201d the report noted. \u201cChef Mila Adams was in a feud with an associate of Diggs\u2019, Kettlewell said, adding she was upset that Diggs took the other person\u2019s side in the argument.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kettlewell also claimed that Adams had \u201ccurated\u201d messages she showed to police to support her story, the report added.<br \/><br \/>Adams corroborated this, telling the jury that she was planning to match outfits with Diggs\u2019 girlfriend, rapper Cardi B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOn the morning of Dec. 2, Adams described being upset about not being able to go on the Miami trip, to the art expo Art Basel, and telling Diggs about it,\u201d the report noted. \u201cShe said she\u2019d been planning coordinated outfits with Diggs\u2019 girlfriend, Cardi B. Later on, she was lying on her bed in the bedroom, Adams testified, when Diggs opened the door and came inside.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stefon Diggs Tried to Reach Settlement Before Trial Began<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diggs and his legal team tried to avoid the start of Monday\u2019s trial, with Boston 25 News reporting that his attorneys attempted to negotiate a settlement with Adams.<br \/><br \/>\u201cIn earlier court appearances, Diggs\u2019 previous attorneys stated they were working to resolve the dispute with a financial settlement,\u201d the report noted. \u201cThat did not happen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diggs has maintained his innocence through the legal process, but could still face punishment from the NFL.
