After the match, Fernandes explained why Garnacho didn’t celebrate his goal. The Argentina forward, who came on in the 57th minute to replace Marcus Rashford, scored a brilliant goal to seal the win, curling a shot into the top corner after receiving a pass from Fernandes.
Despite the stunning strike, Garnacho opted not to celebrate, which many speculated was due to recent fan criticism.
