Chelsea player still sought after by top foreign clubs

Malang Sarr is now all but totally forgotten at Chelsea, but the poor guy still has a career, and he’s going to have to go somewhere at some point.

Turkey tends to be the place for guys in his position to go to, and sure enough we get whispers every few weeks about interest in him.

Today journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu has written on Twitter that several “big” clubs out there are interested in signing Sarr (Armando Broja is also mentioned, but that seems far less likely).

To be honest, it’s not as though Chelsea are going to ask for much of a transfer fee, so we’re not sure what the hold up is. He has his wage demands, and the clubs have their budgets. This shout be a fairly easy matter to conclude, and once January arrives we expect Sarr to be into his final days at the club.

What a strange and sad story it’s been.
