During Arsenal’s dominant 4-0 win over Ipswich Town, Bukayo Saka was forced off after a heavy challenge from Leif Davis, who was shown a straight red card for the tackle.

Although Saka stayed on the pitch for a short while, he ended up on the bench with an ice pack wrapped around his ankle.

After the match, manager Mikel Arteta downplayed the injury concerns, saying it was “a bit sore but nothing serious,” suggesting Saka should be fit for upcoming games.

That’s encouraging news for Arsenal, especially with Saka only just making his return to the squad.
