“Line-Ups Announced: Sporting CP and Manchester City Set for Champions League Showdown”

“Official Line-Ups Revealed: Sporting CP vs Manchester City Clash in the Champions League”
Manchester City heads to Lisbon on Tuesday night to face Sporting CP for their fourth UEFA Champions League group-stage match. The Premier League champions aim to turn around a recent slump in form, following their Carabao Cup exit with a 2-1 loss to Tottenham and a similar defeat to Bournemouth in the league.
This matchup marks City’s third of four straight away games, with Brighton & Hove Albion up next at the Amex Stadium on Saturday, their final fixture before the November international break.
Sporting CP, however, enters the game on a remarkable run, unbeaten in 15 matches overall, winning their last six and avoiding defeat in their last seven home appearances.
City will be missing five players for this trip: Ruben Dias (muscular injury), John Stones (foot), Rodri (ACL), Oscar Bobb (leg fracture), and Jack Grealish (muscular issue) are all sidelined.
As the stage is set at Estádio José Alvalade, here are the confirmed line-ups from managers Ruben Amorim and Pep Guardiola for this Champions League showdown:
