Scouts from the interested English clubs were in attendance for Frankfurt’s recent Europa League quarter-final clash against Tottenham Hotspur, where Ekitike found the net in a 1-1 draw.
With interest heating up, Frankfurt are hoping to surpass the €95 million they received from PSG for Randal Kolo Muani in 2023, setting Ekitike up to potentially become their most expensive sale.
As the summer transfer window draws near, Ekitike is emerging as one of the most sought-after attacking talents.
