“Possibly…” – Sky reporter wonders if Salah and Van Dijk’s renewals might influence Trent to reconsider Liverpool stay

Mo Salah? Locked in. Virgil van Dijk? Done. Trent Alexander-Arnold?

Two of Liverpool’s key figures have committed their futures to the club with new deals running until 2027. That leaves only Trent Alexander-Arnold, whose contract expires at the end of June, still expected to move on. According to David Ornstein, the England full-back is likely heading to Real Madrid, and Fabrizio Romano doesn’t anticipate a surprise change—even after his teammates extended their stays.

Could Trent still have a change of heart?
Sky Sports’ Vinny O’Connor isn’t entirely convinced it’s a closed case. Following Van Dijk’s renewal, he speculated that it might sway Trent’s thinking.
