This Chelsea star is now desperate to leave in January -here is why

Marc Cucurella is desperate to leave Chelsea after getting 0 minutes through the first 6 games of the Premier League season, The Sun are reporting.

The left back had various moves close to completion in the summer, but in the end nothing went through, and he’s been rotting on the bench pretty much ever since.

Cucurella will likely get some action tomorrow night against his old club Brighton, but it’s not going to change his mind that he needs to move as soon as possible. There are two other left backs he has to compete with, along with centre back Levi Colwill who has been used there all season by Mauricio Pochettino.

Cucurella’s prospects of getting more than a handful of starts all season look minimal, and it’s down to him and the club to make sure that January doesn’t end with the same disappointment that August did for the Catalan full back.
