Antoine Semenyo’s new valuation revealed following the latest Liverpool development

Bournemouth have made it clear they will not part ways with Antoine Semenyo for a modest fee in either the January window or next summer, following his excellent start to the 2025–26 campaign.

After a breakout 2024–25 season at the Vitality Stadium, Semenyo has maintained his strong form this term, scoring six goals in his first eight Premier League matches.

Football Insider previously reported that Bournemouth were open to offers for the Ghanaian forward ahead of the new season, though that position quickly changed. Semenyo signed a new five-year contract with the club in July, ending speculation over an immediate exit, though questions about his long-term future persist.

Liverpool remain long-term admirers and are believed to hold an advantage in any potential pursuit due to sporting director Richard Hughes’ close ties with Bournemouth. Nevertheless, the south-coast club have no intention of selling their star attacker cheaply.

According to The Daily Mail (23 October), Bournemouth will demand at least £75 million for Semenyo when they eventually decide to sell. Although the forward is understood to have a private release clause in his deal, Liverpool’s interest is reportedly “not advanced” at this point, with several other Premier League clubs also monitoring the situation.
