Liverpool are reportedly preparing to make a bid for Bournemouth’s in-form forward Antoine Semenyo, as the club eyes further reinforcements to boost their attack.

After a busy summer that saw the arrivals of Alexander Isak, Florian Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike, it appears the Reds aren’t finished yet. According to journalist Indy Kaila, Liverpool plan to continue pursuing top talents across the next two transfer windows — and Semenyo is firmly on their radar.

The Ghanaian international has been one of the standout performers in the Premier League this season, attracting attention from bigger clubs thanks to his explosive form. It’s not yet confirmed whether Liverpool’s offer will arrive in January or next summer, but the 25-year-old is believed to be a key target for Arne Slot’s side moving forward.

With Mohamed Salah enduring a noticeable dip in form — managing just three goals and two assists in nine league games compared to Semenyo’s six goals and three assists — a move for the Bournemouth star could prove crucial.

Semenyo’s energy, directness and end product make him look like more than just a future replacement for Salah; he could immediately strengthen Liverpool’s attack and help revive their season after a poor run of six defeats in their last seven matches.
