Liverpool have officially announced that the Liverpool Legends will face Borussia Dortmund Legends at Anfield in March 2026, with proceeds once again benefiting the LFC Foundation, as confirmed via Liverpoolfc.com.
The match will mark nearly ten years since that unforgettable 4–3 Europa League comeback win against Dortmund — one of the most iconic nights in Liverpool’s modern history.
Both the LFC Foundation and BVB Foundation will benefit from the event, raising funds to support community projects focused on health, education, and employability in both cities.
Matt Parish, CEO of the LFC Foundation, shared:
> “Our annual legends game is always a special occasion, and we’re thrilled to be welcoming BVB to Anfield.
These events celebrate the history of our clubs and the heroes who made it, while also helping us continue to create life-changing impact.”
Tickets are currently on sale for season ticket holders and All Red Members, with general sale opening on Friday, November 7.
