The international break is often dreaded by football fans, and many Tottenham supporters have already turned their attention to the highly anticipated North London Derby in two weeks. The Lilywhites will travel to the Emirates for their first meeting of the season with Arsenal, aiming to upset the league leaders, who have suffered just one defeat all campaign.

Despite recent struggles, Tottenham can take confidence from their impressive away form — the best in the Premier League this season. However, they could be facing a full-strength Arsenal side, with reports from The Standard suggesting that several key players are close to returning. Noni Madueke is expected to be fit after narrowly missing out on the Sunderland clash, while Viktor Gyokeres, Kai Havertz, Gabriel Martinelli, and Martin Odegaard are all pushing to be available. Their final status will depend on progress made in training over the coming days.

Tottenham also have injury concerns of their own, with 11 players currently sidelined. Yet, there is some positive news, as Mohamed Kudus, Dominic Solanke, Archie Gray, Ben Davies, Radu Dragusin, Kota Takai, Lucas Bergvall, and Yves Bissouma are all expected to return after the international break.

However, the Lilywhites will be without Randal Kolo Muani, who faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after fracturing his jaw in the 2-2 draw against Manchester United.
