Tottenham Hotspur are working to fulfil Heung-min Son’s wish just months after he departed North London for Los Angeles FC.

After a decade of outstanding service, Son has cemented his place as both a modern Spurs legend and one of the Premier League’s all-time greats.
However, supporters never had the chance to give the 32-year-old a proper send-off, as his final appearance came during the club’s pre-season tour of South Korea.

Son recently admitted he wants to return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a true farewell — and the club are now preparing to make that happen.

According to Football Asian, Tottenham are planning to invite their former captain back to N17 to take centre stage at one of their home fixtures in December.

A source claims preparations are underway for Son to attend a match next month, featuring a pre-match presentation and a half-time tribute.
The club have also organised a special gift for him, with the Liverpool clash on December 20 currently viewed as the most likely date for his farewell.

The event is designed to give both Spurs supporters and the 33-year-old some much-needed closure following his summer exit.
