A transfer insider says Liverpool could be one to watch after hearing new information on Michael Olise.

Liverpool may find themselves in a hectic transfer fight with two other Premier League clubs as they look into the possibility of bringing Michael Olise back to England.
A well-known transfer source has shared a new update on the Bayern Munich winger, who was recently highlighted as someone Liverpool could target in 2026.
Liverpool showing strong interest in Michael Olise
A report on Tuesday claimed that the 23-year-old is Liverpool’s top option to eventually take over from Mo Salah, although two major English rivals are also ready to challenge for his signature.
Bayern Munich still want to keep Olise, but they might be forced to think twice if a huge offer arrives.
One source said: “Liverpool are still monitoring Olise; he’s their main target to replace Salah. Bayern want to keep him, but a massive bid around €130m–€140m could change things.”
Another added: “There’s big interest in Olise. Watch Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United.”
Olise looks like a perfect long-term replacement for Salah
Liverpool fans may not want to think about life after Salah, but the club must plan ahead, especially with his contract expiring in 2027.
Antoine Semenyo has been linked, but Olise appears to be the most complete option to take over on the right wing. He’s been excellent for Bayern this season, with 9 goals and 10 assists in 18 games, including a standout performance last weekend.
Advanced stats also show he’s one of the top wingers in Europe across several key areas such as creativity, shooting, and ball progression.
He already knows the Premier League well from his time at Crystal Palace, which gives him an advantage over other potential targets struggling to adapt.
Although Liverpool’s main priority in January is signing a centre-back, when it comes to finding a long-term successor to Salah, few players fit the profile as well as Bayern’s number 17.
