Tottenham fans were left frustrated by Pape Sarr’s display during their 5-3 Champions League defeat to PSG on 26 November.

Spurs battled hard at the Parc des Princes but ultimately returned from France empty-handed. The loss is unlikely to ease the growing calls for Thomas Frank’s dismissal, despite a noticeably improved attacking showing.

Sarr was one of the more disappointing performers, struggling to cope with PSG’s firepower. The Senegalese midfielder was directly at fault for two goals, undermining Tottenham’s chances of gaining control in the match.

While he did win eight of his 10 duels and completed four recoveries, his errors proved costly, gifting PSG two goals. Positioned in a midfield diamond, the 23-year-old appeared uneasy when pressed, with PSG’s intense tactics exposing his weaknesses.
