‘Total disaster’ – Spurs supporters slam the starter who they say looks like he should be on You’ve Been Framed

Tottenham fans were left stunned as they watched their team fall 2–1 to Fulham in North London.
Marco Silva’s men arrived confident after an unexpected win over Sunderland, and with Spurs still reeling from their loss to PSG, it was the visitors who came out firing. Kenny Tete — who nearly moved to Everton in the summer — struck first, drilling in a finish at the back post to ignite celebrations in the Fulham end on Saturday, 29 November.
Things quickly deteriorated for Spurs. Harry Wilson made it 2–0 after capitalising on a dreadful misjudgment from Guglielmo Vicario. The goalkeeper wandered far out of his area before sending a poor clearance straight into danger, allowing the Welsh winger to curl the ball into the empty net. Vicario, who had already been heavily criticised after the defeat to Manchester United earlier in the month, once again found himself under intense scrutiny. Supporters were in disbelief, with one calling him an “absolute shambles” and another quipping that he “should be on You’ve Been Framed.”
Mohammed Kudus pulled a goal back in the second half, but after such a disastrous opening, Tottenham struggled to take many positives from the match.
To underline just how catastrophic the start was, Squawka reported that going two goals down in just 5 minutes and 43 seconds is the fastest Spurs have ever conceded twice at home in a Premier League game. Frank is now facing mounting pressure, and this latest unwanted record only deepens the frustration among the fanbase.
Tottenham stay 10th in the table after the loss, and with clashes against Newcastle and Brentford ahead, they will be expected to pick up points to steady the ship.
