Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is still attracting strong interest from Saudi Pro League sides despite his dip in form this season.

The Egyptian winger has been a Liverpool icon, but his performances have noticeably dropped, raising fresh questions about his long-term future at Anfield. talkSPORT claim clubs such as Al Hilal and Al Qadsiah remain keen on him, even though he recently rejected a massive offer to stay with the Reds.

Salah’s future seemed uncertain for much of last season before he committed to a new contract, but his current run of just two goals in twelve matches – and his recent benching against West Ham – has reignited the speculation.

At 33, it’s surprising to see such a sharp decline after years of elite consistency, especially when many expected him to follow the Cristiano Ronaldo path and keep performing at the top level well into his late 30s. If his form doesn’t recover, a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia might become more tempting.

As for replacements, Liverpool have been heavily linked with Antoine Semenyo, who’s been outstanding for Bournemouth, while Michael Olise is also admired after his impressive spell at Bayern Munich. Either one could be a strong addition, but replacing a player with Salah’s record of 250 goals in 419 appearances will be no easy task.
