Liverpool reach verdict on Mohamed Salah’s future

Liverpool have no plans to sell Salah
According to The Athletic, Liverpool have no intention of offloading Salah at this stage and expect him to remain at the club until his contract expires in 2027.
Despite the off-field tensions, the stance from Fenway Sports Group (FSG) remains unchanged: Salah will not be sold in January, and the club want him to complete his current deal.
The club’s leadership still considers Salah vital to Liverpool’s global profile and commercial appeal, even as his position under Slot has become more uncertain.
Salah’s absence from the squad comes after a number of disagreements with Slot, culminating in his fiery interview following the 3-3 draw with Leeds United, where he claimed certain individuals at the club had “thrown him under the bus.”
